The qualification is aimed at learners who are looking to develop their knowledge and understanding to obtain employment within the retail sector.
This course will also prepare learners for employment and support learners who deal, or intend to deal with customers in a retail environment.

Understanding Customer Service
This course is a 10 day course and we are very flexible with our delivery offers, to suit your individual needs. On the course you will learn about understanding the business of retail, understanding customer service in the retail sector, understanding how a retail business maintains health, safety and security on its premises and the selling process.
The qualification is assessed through a portfolio of evidence which is put together during the course and demonstrates the learner has met the required assessment criteria.
